Default a whooper government work experience scheme

a Whooper government work experience scheme

on face value,
it sounds like a great opportunity,
so why has Tesco changed,
and Burger King withdrawn from this community.
is it bad press,
has reputation been put on the line,
surly for this stingy government to introduce,
its a clear signal, all is not fine.
time are hard,
not for the well paid or Bankers,
so this is a chance to exploit the unemployed,
all involved in the " governments work scheme" are naughty word.
every company that heeds,
must be shamed and put on a highlighted plaque,
and when the public see your association,
i hope they boycott you like the war in Iraqi.
we paid our tax's in good times,
help is needed as tough times have been imposed,
we fight to abolish slavery in other country's,
god help if any UK company's are involved and exposed.
yes it is hard and difficult,
the way forward is not this scheme,
well done Burger King,
this is one excellent whopper dream.

(this story was on the news this very morning - really made me laugh and i hope other companys pull out of this unfair plan. well done BK its a WHOOPER.)

This is all due to a Political Group.

Joe
for example
its better you are getting work
un - paid, then learning something other than dossing
or writing on loads of forums.
you still can night time.

Thats Fair

Tesco had to stop it
those Political Left Wing Groups invaded the Store in London
that went Worldwide News.

So many will chicken out scared of PR

But other stores are doing it.

People have to stop touting the lie that the majority of unemployed people are scrounging wastes of space. Most have worked and paid their taxes and national insurance contributions which also covers their unemployment benefit if and when they need it. They are not getting anything they haven't already paid for. Why should they be punished for being unemployed by being forced to work for the benefit they have already contributed to? Why should companies get free labour and at the same depress the labour market by depriving job seekers of actual paid work?

Yes, there are scroungers and yes, there are unemployable, wastes of space and yes, there are fraudulent claimants. But should ALL jobseekers be tarred with the same brush? I certainly don't think so.

And before we start blaming just this government for the situation, let's not forget the 13 years of labour incompetence that brought us to this point. They were just as bad with their phony job clubs and useless courses which temporarily removed claimants from the unemployment figures so that the public were largely unaware of the true scale of the problem.

angus - i agree with allot of what you say ie lots of the unemployed have not choose this and have only loss there jobs because of the big people at the top and there wrong decisions. and now they expect us to pay with tightening back everything and to add insult into injury they are still getting there huge bonus - this can not be right ?

yes there are scrougers in this country but not no where near half the amount the govenment say there is - its no easy life on benefits and its not all its crack up to be.

you are spot on in saying - if you have worked - then you are entittled to now be out of a job and get benefit untill you get back on your feet.

as for the last comment about labour ? i disagree as i loved labour when tony was in and he changed this country for the better - ok brown was a fool but lets not deny all the good labour done -

we are now going to have torys for next 10 years and all what labour done will be forgotton.

very sad.

I like you lots Joe, but we'll have to agree to differ on the politics. At least we both agree that people shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get benefits to which they are entitled! It's bad enough being unemployed, without being punished for it!

angus - i am glad you like me - but no flirting - well not yet anyway - lol

maybe i made myself unclear about the politics bit - I AM WITH YOU 100% when you say about tong blair and how much good he done and how the torys will now ruin it all.

its shame that brown has ruined it - and its a bigger shame labour have now lost all respect as the torys seem to loose respect with things they do but never get punished like labour dose.

angus on our next chat we can hold hands ok - but lets go slow and no intenet kissing lol
