American Horror Story has had more revealed about it upcoming season.
The hit first season about a family living in a haunted house starred Jessica Lange, who earned a Golden Globe for her performance as Constance Langdon, as well as Zachary Quinto as one of the guests in the house.
It was announced earlier in the week that not only will Lange be returning as the main character of the series, but so will Quinto, also as a lead.
At PaleyFest '12 on Friday (March 2), producers Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk revealed more about what's to come. According to TV Line, they confirmed that also returning to the show are Evan Peters who played Tate, Lily Rabe who played the ghost Nora, and Sarah Paulson, playing psychic Billie Dean. Murphy said all the actors will "be playing the opposite of what they played".
It was also revealed that the new series will be set on the East Coast in a mental institution, and that ghosts will not figure in the plot.
"A supernatural element will always be a part of the show," Murphy said, "but we're trying to do something more historically accurate."
Season two of American Horror Story will air on FX later this year.

I really like the idea of having a different plot each series, It allows them to tell a more complete story. I'm glad Evan Peters and Jessica Lange are back since they played the two most interesting characters in the last series.
