When you take your earphones out, music still playing, then you forget that you had music on, and you think there are voices talking to you/voices outside at 3:54am

..I have the TV on to sleep and sometimes forget the timer...in the middle of the night I wake up to people screaming on the TV
...there was such a wierd programme on 2 nights ago...really freaked me out
