I agree he was likely one of the worst choices for leader that stood in my view.

I just find him weak, oddly too for a party leader, largely irrelevant as well. Not so sure he will lose badly in an election though, the way this coalition is going they seem to have a death wish at present.

Ed Miliband though is way too smarmy for me.

You're a little naive if you think any high-ranking politician isn't prone to this kind of corruption.

The reason Labour didn't want to take up the Tory suggestion of capping donations at £50,000:

The Tories are still pushing for the cap, and if it goes through, which there is every chance it will, we can watch what happens with Labour donations, when all the champagne socialists go sniffing round the bankers they try to disassociate themselves from. Or maybe they could up their membership rate from £36 a year - £11 more than it costs to join the Conservatives.

Champagne socialist...Is that what conservatives call anyone with a social concience? I prefer philanthropist.
Maybe donations from individuals will rise?...Where theres a will theres a way .

Ed Milliband winds me up rotten, but so does David Cameron.

I hope for some other party to come up the ranks that is actually good and defeats these two **** parties that it's always between.

I'll probably vote for Ed next time around just to get rid of the tories, although I'm not convinced by him as yet. I don't like what he did to his brother at all.

I really like my local Labour mp who was in power ever since I can remember up until last elections. New guy live 2 hours away from his constituency...

So I'll be voting labour again, even though I don't really have a preference to a party, although I really really can't stand Cameron and his cronies

Can't one of them get the sack so I know who to side with then? I hate both equally.
