It's official - it's the end of the summer. I am back at school, on duty as a real life teacher tomorrow. I have to change personality and everything and become superwoman for another year!!! Wish me luck!!

Gosh blinkin - that's early. My son isn't due back until next Wednesday (is that 4 Sept?) as well. He won't be going in until 16 Sept though cos we're off on our hols on Friday. Yippee!!!

Thanks everyone for your good wishes. Me and Matt are going to Menorca on Friday for two weeks. Can't wait. Will miss you all and will think of you often (especially when I'm sat on my balcony drinking a bottle of San Miguel!).

Lucky you arent going to Majorca, they have awful floods at the moment!

Ive been to Menorca before - Stayed in Hotel Victoria in Santo Thomas - very nice!

Only preparation with my year group partner for 2 days [ voluntry but nesessary ! ] then in for real on Monday with children on Tuesday.

He is NOT impressed. Then into school with children the next day. He would much rather spend the time preparing at school as would the others !!
