This is gorgeous. A real feel-good song, I really love the chorus.

Gary and Andrew Lloyd Webber wrote it IIRC, and they travelled to different Commonwealth countries to film the video.

Have to say the chorus sounds very familiar, the first time I heard it I felt like I already knew it for some reason.
