Victoria would've walked. If she'd been around, she would've been the one getting Deana's treatment from Conor and Arron - Arron had already started on her.

Lydia would still be bumbling around thinking she knows everything that's going on while getting half of it backwards. It would be interesting to see how the blue/green teams might have shifted with her in, though.

Chris would've ended up an outsider. Caroline would've alienated Becky much sooner, by constantly whining about how she literally can't literally stand Chris because he's literally so fat and literally ugly.

Benedict would've made Luke S crack and lose his temper, but would've been sneaky about it (ala curry powder). Instead of looking reasonable and justified when Arron finally made him snap, it would've been more random and damaging.
