whats obvious, they both had alleged flings, but both have chosen to keep quiet about it and try and rebuild their family lives.

no he hasnt....giggs has won more trophies than anyone in the history of british and european football, hes also played more games for one club than any top flight player ever.also never been sent off for man utd..hes also skippering GB in the olympics and worked for unicef for a decade or more

yes becks is a bigger celebrity and its earned him hundreds of millions, but he retired from prper football 6 years ago , which is why he didnt get picked for the olympics team....should one get knighted simplt for being a celebrity>?

You can't honestly say that Giggs wasn't fantastic in 2010/11. He ran United's midfield brilliantly. I even remember him doing well at left back at West Ham that season.

he needs 24 more games to play 1000 elite games .....on top of all the statistics and trophies and awards, hes a genius to watch, as a coach said he moves like a greyhound chasing silver in the wind....hes been magnificent his whole 24 year career no one works harder, no one runs more , nor covers more ground than giggs and whats more he has been a total selfless team player...and a great unicef ambassador for many years too
