Surely they should have opted for a more healthy diet this week. White meat, plenty of vegetables, good staples and no sweet stuff, pizzas, nug nugs. A good healthy diet is what that house now needs to detox all that sugar. No wonder so many of them have spots.

Chicken and broccoli is a brilliant idea to improve a healthy intake.
