To look at the house over the course of the series, on one side you had Conor, perfectly happy to make "jokes" about rape. You had Arron, always willing to pick on people with his "pranks". Then you had Caroline who bitched so much that she was warned by BB and Becky, who only seemed happy when she was making others feel bad. On the other side you had Deana, one woman, who's sole "crime" was to slag a guy off for not winning 50K. Something that everyone else seems to be doing as well. And it has to be pointed out that Luke S was trying his best to "lie" about what happened. So much so that it had to be stated on BOTS to Ash that Luke HAD tried to push the button. However, that aside, there are a number of people trying very hard to make Deana look bad. Their reasons are their own, some just didn't like her, others preferred the other HM's, others because they have nothing else to do. So they have got their teeth stuck into that one thing and they aren't going to let go. It isn't about logic, its about having something tangible to use. On to the argument that "two wrongs don't make a right". In actual fact this is a basic fallacy. Usually used to distract from the main issue at hand. What you have is a conflict between the idea of retribution and the idea of a common social rule that has been broken. That within a society, individuals or groups, who act in a certain way are justified because if others do the same back, then everyone is equal, or just as bad. But this isn't true, because the original action, is not in itself, invalidated by future actions. Essentially "two wrongs don't make a right" could be invalidated by one of the most basic laws of physics, that every action has an equal but opposite reaction. That if you treat people really badly, they will treat you badly back. However had the first action not happened, the reaction wouldn't have been necessary. In the case of Deana v's the Insiders. Had they not picked on her since day one, she might not of felt the need to slag Luke S off once or twice. But her mild reaction does not validate the previous extremely bad behaviour of the others.

She was really dignified in her interview aswell, its a shame how she was treated for 8-9 weeks was glossed over for a 2day tease of Luke S, said to his face. When Luke S had said worse to Deana behind her back. Presumably bitching behind her back was fair game but being honest and saying it to a HMs face is a crime
