Default After 7 Years You Still Dont Get It !!

Why is it that the british public still dont get Big Brother?
Come on, youve had long enough to try and understand how the thing works.

Why on earth would anyone want to evict Asileyne, Nikki or Jayne?

They are the people that are providing the entertainment.

What do you want to watch Susie drinking tea or Richard playing peacemaker with an underlying agenda.

Maybe you prefer to watch Mikey mumble or Imogen displaying stupidity that even jade Goody would be ashamed of.

I dont really see what all the fuss about Pete is either. Yes he's a nice bloke but so was Anthony last year. He's just a very dull nice bloke who is impassive the whole time never giving an opinion on anything.

The way it should work is the worse the behavior, the longer they should be kept in.

nice people does not good telly make. Just look at BB4.

This week either Susie or Richard should go or prefferably both. They add nothing.

Seeing little idiots buzzing around in a cage is only part of it. The interaction is another...and that means voting out the worst idiots...or if you are evil yourself...keeping them in.

Unfortunatley Human nature leads people to vote out the most annoying/opininated HM's.Then people regret the fact that the house gets boring.

Maybe if we kept all 12 HM's in for 12 weeks and then voted them out over the period of 2 days we might get different results ,as the characters devlop and as people realise that they don't have to worry about missing out on a pretty face for weeks on end.

Does it really matter now? There's only about 5 weeks to go now in any case, so it doesn't really who we evict now.

Good way to look at it I guess.

But I still think it matters, because although we have 5 weeks I still would rather see entertaining stuff for those next 5 weeks..

Couldn't agree more. Especially on the Pete scenario.

I'd be voting Susie but Aisleyne's getting my votes in the last gasp attempt to save Nikki.

US version of BB matey, the UK version is designed wrong, it should be a compitition, BB should be stressing about the money. i dont even know how much the prize money is! its like people just want to go in there for the "experience" but they should be in there because they want to win! the likes of grace, sezer etc clearly wanted win, & the rest dont.

Good first post Macca .. could'nt agree more !!!

You'd have thought we'd have learned to keep the erratic/mad/paranoid/opinionated housemates in, for our "cumfy sit on the sofa at 9pm while we laugh at them" entertainment.

If i had my way, Shabaz would still be in there now, annoying the heck out of them. ... gone would be Imogen, Mikey, Susie, and a host of other non entities. WE WANNA BE ENTERTAINED!!!!

....NIKKI TO WIN !!!! Even though she'll be gone on friday! Thanks a bunch you voters!!!

Trouble is some people find watching the annoying people just, well, annoying not entertaining - it's all subjective. I mean a 'peacemaker with an underlying agenda' could be considered entertaining by some.

And also Big Brother has always been a popularity contest where the point is to vote out the people you don't like. That's the reason Grace and Sezer were voted out - they were unpopular.

I think people need to realise that the majority of the public don't want to watch Nikki having her little tantrums all the time, she was entertaining but now its just got to the stage where people have had enough, i don't hate Nikki personally but i will admit i've had enough of watching her now, you would think shes 10 years old not 20 odd.

I wouldn't want to spend time with people I don't like so why the hell would I want to watch them?

I wanted Sezer kept in but if people don't like you then you are screwed. It's a popularity contest at the end of the day. It is what it is.
