X Factor star Melanie Masson is already in talks to make an album, it’s been claimed today.


Sunday night saw the second and latest live results show, with Melanie losing out in the bottom two sing off to District3.

Speaking to the Daily Record, Melanie revealed: “I’m quite excited about what the future is going to hold. It’s been amazing.

“I already have so many opportunities and that’s just been in the first 24 hours of leaving the show.”

She told the newspaper today: “I’m going to meetings today and am in talks about lot of things at the moment. I want to do a record, my album.

“That’s what I really want to do and I have a lot to be excited about and grateful for.

The Scottish mum of two also said she was hoping to be invited on this year’s tour.

She added: “We don’t know anything about the tour yet and who is going to be on it. If I’m asked, I’ll definitely do it. It would be great to be part of it and return to Scotland to see family and friends. I’m hoping to do that anyway and do shows in Scotland.”
