It appears in the VT from 42:10 onwards.

This has been annoying me for months, they used this during the BBC's Olympics coverage when they used to go over the headlines/news of the day and I noticed it come up last night and it just made it worse. I really like it and would love to know what it is, I have no idea and have tried everything!

I'll love you forever if anyone can help!
