Yup, has happened quite a few times.

Happened to my sis when she was like 5 years old. There was a girl sat on the wall above her at the time, and my sis ran into the house absolutely hysterical screaming to my mother that 'emma pooed on my head'. Will always remember that even though I was only about 8 myself at the time
