micheal really is a.......no,i won't do it but he has a real problem being gay.richard was engaging in a bit of gay banter and he just could'nt handle it......all men banter gay and straight......he should stop pushing his insecurites onto richard,and talk to him instead of being on the defensive all the time......it might help.

most gays make an issue of being gay to the point of having no further depth of personality, Michael just doesnt want to be known as "gay" before being himself. To some blokes the fact that they like a bit of willy doesnt mean that they have to turn into a muscle-mary like Richard, or a camper like Marco.
Michael is just fed up of stereotypical ******s trying to bring him down to their level, its funny how the straightest fella in the house can accept Michael as he is, but the gay bloke Richard cant.

Richard is nothing more then a complete bully, he was trying to wind Micheal up and that was horrible, and then he had the nerve to say 'She really is getting on nerves, she is, the big queen' after Micheal had already expressed his concern about not wanting to be called a she. yeah fair enough you can guess on peoples sexuality but after you make your conclusions would you feel the need to bring the subject up every 5 minutes and talk of nothing else?
Richard is the one who is making being gay a be all and end all of a personality. Michael would rather be known for who he is not his sexual preferences.

Richard expects all gay men to be camp when they just aren't. He is so small-minded it is unbelievable, Michael isnt insecure, he is himself and doesnt let his sexuality define him, it is a part of him but it doesnt make him who he is. After seeing tonights episode I hate Richard even more (if thats possible) and everything Mikey, Michael and Imogen said about him was spot on, and he did remember calling Michael a 'she' he just lied and said he didnt, he backed down because he is a complete coward. Im glad that Mikey said something, Richard needs to be stood up to. Hes a nasty horrid bully who should be going out on friday with a record percentage but wont.

i've read the post's and i still think that micheal is a bit uncomfortable with his sexuality......the other day he made a reference to Old Compton Street,then he says its not a big part of my life......i work around the corner from that street and know what its all about.he can't have it both ways......but in fairness to micheal,he's still young and will grow in confidece and realise that it's alright to be who you are with-out having to hide behind a lot of spirtual mumbo-jumbo.

You may dislike Richard but I don't think you can accuse of him of being insecure. I think he is used to hangin out with lots of camp guys and just goes into gay camp mode around Michael. The fact that he is upsetting him is entertaining. He throws a tantrum and stamps off. Richard is amusing himself ( and some viewers) with him. He's no bully. I really dislike the way that the word bully is being used this year. If they were proper bullies then BB would have booted them and they haven't.

But Michael is who he is already. Do you expect him to shout out his sexuality on the rooftops or something? It is a part of him, just like being straight is only a part of us straight people

What Richard has done to Michael is a form of bullying. Constantly calling him 'she' and winding him up no end. How would Richard like it if someone kept calling him a derogitory name?

I think Richard knows exactly what he is doing. Hes knows it winds Michael up and he wants him to react so he can make a fool of himself, but in the end I think it made Richard look worse because he can't respect Michael's wishes. He doesnt want to be called 'she', he said so the day before yet Richard continued to call him that which I think was wrong
