Hope I'm not the only one that used to love this...Ant and Dec's best show by a clear mile if you ask me, and it's been away far too long anyway, it's back at the end of the month! So excited, been waiting for this for years!

I think they should bring back Little Ant and Dec back as a one-off cause I'd love to see what they look like now, must be nearing 20 I would've thought. I saw a picture of one of them a few years back and it was weird

But yeah, it's been four years and long overdue. They announced it was coming back in November 2011 so the wait has been pretty long! Oh well

They were also filming new opening titles yesterday.

This show was awesome on a Saturday night with an actual takeaway too, better than the likes of rubbish Take Me Out that you have now, so I am glad it is back!

They have probably looked at the format and come up with some new rules to try and prevent something like that from happening again..

Nah, they just wanted to rest it for a couple of years while they launched Push The Button and tried a few other things, they were always going to bring it back they said, but I don't think the intention was to have a four year gap.

Btw...I did a bit of searching, and I've managed to find Little Ant's Facebook *stalker* it's quite weird to see what he looks like now, PM me if you want the link.

Looks like there's a new Little Ant and Dec really, really hope they bring the old ones back and do some sort of handover!

Ant and Dec return with a brand new series of their popular and fun-packed live family entertainment show. Global superstar Robbie Williams takes part in a special performance, and Hollywood legend Danny DeVito provides his unique brand of humour as the live guest announcer. Unsuspecting viewers and audience members are invited to take part in crazy challenges, win fantastic prizes and meet some famous faces. One lucky person from the studio audience has the chance to win the ads, in which the prizes - selected from one of ITV's commercial breaks - can range from toilet rolls to brand new cars or luxury holidays. The fun builds up to the End of the Show Show, in which some of the world's biggest and best performers grace the Takeaway stage for a one-off performance that comes with its own unique surprise.

Radio Times synopsis:

1/8. The entertainment show returns for the first time since 2009, featuring undercover pranks, sketches, famous guests and competitions. Robbie Williams takes part in an end-of-show performance and Danny DeVito steps into the voiceover booth in the first edition.
