Default The Libertines second album

I don't think it's actually that bad. It has taken me nearly 9 years to listen to it but I am now. It seems to always get slated compared to Up The Bracket though.

Its flawed and doesn't hold up to their first album but it has their best song Can't Stand me now on it and last post on the Bugle,, Man who would be King and what katie did are great songs too but too much filler on it.

I taught Up the bracket was a great debut album but never bought into the hype Doherty and co. Arctic monkeys were more my cup of tea.

Oh, I kinda liked both albums equally. But then I was never crazy about them. I'm one of those pop-heathens that liked Don't Look Back Into the Sun the most

I hated it for a while cause it reminded me of Gavin and stacey

Pete Doherty solo album Grace/wastelands is pretty good too.

Always loved both albums... The second has a bit more filler but it's main songs are brilliant stand outs

Thanks for posting that, will give it a watch! And yeah, very true. Can't Stand Me Now is a highlight as you understand what the band was going through.
