the fried chicken shop - life in a day - ch4 20.02.13

did you see it,
in my head its sticking,
i am thinking of money,
and the profit made on chicken.
11am they open,
a quick clean and brush,
cooked is the first lot,
ready for the school rush.
then the lunch times,
and people on the munch,
it was gripping to watch,
there is such a mix of the bunch.
more is cooked,
not to leave the facility,
what a lovely gesture,
to make feel welcome those with disability.
onto evening trade,
its showing no sign of recession,
but this was so lovely,
to give "homeless" a free meal concession.
dinner out the way,
but is trade going to snub,
every single early hour in the morning,
business is provided by over the road a "night club".
very bad customer service,
speaking in your own language is crude,
right in-front of the customer,
you lost respect as that was rude.
then rows and fights,
all taken outside the door,
how bad to people want "Chicken",
they are willing to leave someone knocked out on the floor.
thank you ch4,
this was a great insight and i have not lied,
its unbelievable what goes on,
it was fascinating to watch the show about chicken that's fried.

( did anyone else see this ? was you as gripped as i was ? will you being buying any more chicken ? )
