Default Lazy Dog Owners!!

Theres an old guy that walks by our house every day and lets his dog do it's business outside everybodys gate, it's like an obstacle course trying to walk up the street without stepping on it it, he just leaves it lying there but I'm pretty sure if somebodys dog had to do that outside his house then he would be out complaining, I'm going to end up putting a sign on my gate saying if your dog ****s here at least have the decency to pick it up!

The best thing is theres a girl younger than me that walks past everyday and picks her dogs mess up!

So do you pick your dogs mess up?

And sorry for the disgusting thread but this old guy really pisses me off!!

No I do not pick it up, I would probably end up vomitting so it is just easier for both myself and whoever has a problem with it if I just leave it in its place.

Well I should imagine you would in your house Marcus

Yes I pick up after my dog. It's nice on a cold evening. It's warm in the carrier bag and I sometimes cup it in my hands so they don't get cold.

Think this is the reason we haven't had a Dog since i was 8, can't be bothered with the mess that comes with having one

I don't have a dog but hate it when I see people just leaving it....the other day though I watched a guy pick it upon a doggie poop bag and then chuck it in a field which is even worse as I'm sure it's not biodegradable... Yuk....also there a park near up with a bin especially for it but people just leave it on the floor next to bin near where all the kids play...

I am a Dog owner and I always pick up after him, it is hardly a chore, one plastic bag inside out to pick it up with and shoved straight into another and tied and then disposed of in the bin.

I get really annoyed when others don't pck up after their Dogs, firstly, it builds resentment to the dog and can also do so as to other dogs.
Secondly, it leaves the impression other dog owners are, or may be, neglecting to pick up after their Dogs too.

My Dog goes out a few times a day for walks but only does the picking up business twice at most, hardly a hard job to pick up after him.

I pick up after my dog, it's not an age issue it's just a matter of responsibility.
There's an on the spot fine for those who are seen not to do either
