Tom is such a homophobic piece of sheet. Did you hear his comment that "if Gary comes on to me, you have to come up here and protect me from him".

He is such an arrogant piece of sheet. Earth to "major" Tom, no one thinks you are hot.

wtf are you talking about? what does ethnicity have to do with liking Topaz at all? (and on a side note, what does ethnicity have to do with liking Obama?)

You clearly do not understand human nature. It's incredibly naive of you to not recognize that for a large percentage of human beings, significant political and social environmental decisions are made largely based on group identity/commonality. This is especially noticeable in Britain where the majority of British people vote based on what class they belong to - and I'm certainly not saying that this is a good thing. Just that it happens. It also completely explains why in the last two U.S. presidential elections, black Americans almost exclusively have voted for Obama.

In Big Brother Canada, Topaz is unquestionably the most inattentive individual in the house. The only time that she has ever bothered to talk game was to support the one person in the house that she most identifies with. It is absolutely no coincidence that they happen to share the same ethnicity.

Given that I am a white male I certainly was offended

But on a serious note if you think Topaz is unquestionably the most inattentive HG then you either don't watch the feeds or are just blind. I'm sure you think Tom is playing a great game right now and that condoms are indeed for pussies.

And yes, how dare those black Americans vote for Obama instead of Bush and Romney. Shame on them for not looking past race and refusing to vote for far superior candidates

Yeah I don't get why they're saving Suzette over Gary LOL unless they say because Gary has already been vetoed he can't be put up again then AJ goes home, which tbh is what I'm predicting will happen

Why would they want to save Suzette over Gary is beyond me, what are they thinking?! I hope that's the case, that'd kinda be alright and a bit fairer but still.

I thought it was going to apply to next week's nominations anyway, not this week's.

Another problem with this is that surely this could turn into a really easy backdoor of a big player? Tom won't even have had to have planned it throughout the week, he makes a big move and sticks someone like Alec (or someone else idk I haven't watched the feeds in two days) and hopes that everyone takes the opportunity to get rid of them, which seems awfully unfair. Then again I think Tom's support in the house is slipping so it might put a big target on his back.

I think Gary's gone if he's not immune. Awful.

I guess it would kinda make sense for Gary to be immune because they've saved two people that are against Tom then, killed two birds with one stone if you like. That might be the idea.

Yup, that's what I think will happen. Thing is I wouldn't care if it wasn't AJ on the block. I don't think a single BB twist in like 5 years has worked in favour of my favourites.

And Gary's not going to be nominated. If Tom has a backbone he'll nominate Andrew, if he's spineless he'll nominate Aneal.

Do not save Suzette. She adds nothing to the show. Please don't do it

Suzette adds a hell of a lot more to the show than most of the other HMs, if only because her staying will piss Tom off to no end.

She is so self deprecating. If any one in the house is insulting and bring her down, it is her.
I'm tired of her playing the victim. "No one likes me because I'm overweight and a mom".

No, no one likes you because you annoy them with your low self esteem issues.
Saving her will only allow for someone good like Alec or Andrew to go so that she can stay around for one more week annoying people

That's a boring storyline we've already seen though. The upcoming downfall of Tom being plotted by his own allies is coming and he hasn't got a clue, and that is far more interesting than bringing back a whining nobody who adds nothing to the show other than being unable to handle being nominated in what was nothing more than tic for tac until she made it out to be much bigger.

It would be quite funny if the HGs all get really pissed off and all still vote to evict Suzette, not recognising Canada's Veto.

On the positive though other than the final couple of minutes it was a great episode, even if this twist pretty much renders the whole week pointless. Loved the bad meal task.
