Default Man's embarrassing burglary attempt caught on CCTV...

CCTV footage of a man's embarrassing attempt to break into a store gone viral.

The would-be burglar in California, wearing brightly coloured spotty trousers, is first seen peering into Kent's Meats & Groceries in Redding on March 5.

He then returns with a hood over his head, throwing a rock at the window.

However, when the alarm triggers, the man runs away but not before tripping over a curb.

Local authorities responded to the raised alarm at around 1am but have yet to find the suspect.

Store owner Kent Pfrimmer told KRCR-TV: I didn't even look at the video for two or three days or so, but then I kept hearing people commenting about how funny he looked and how funny it was."
