Has anyone got this game? What do you think? Here's my opinion.

A mess. Epic have taken out all the things that made Gears of War and replaced them with game play similar to Call of Duty. Why? It makes no sense. If they wanted a bigger market share then why the ****** don't they make the game available on PS3? No. They chop out large sections of gameplay that made the game what it is and replaced it with a system that similar to their biggest rival. I don't see the logic in a company copying their biggest rival at the expense of losing their own identity.

Here we are over a month after release date and we have a game with a short campaign, only 5 multiplayer modes - one of which was added after release - and a grand total of five maps.

On the servers there are about 2500 playing at night in my region where as there are over 5000 still playing GOW3. Not good for a game that just been released.

Surely this is the last GOW game. I cant see how they recover from this. Sales are down, the game has already been reduced in most shops and some of the top GOW3 youtubers are starting to post vids stating their frustrations with GOW:Judgment. All in all - a mess. Maybe this is why Cliffy B left Epic and has gone in to semi retirement. Maybe he saw what they were doing to his game and decided enough is enough.
