Both Miranda and Mrs Brown's Boys are repeats. Not sure how they rate for repeats, don't pay attention to shows I don't watch.

I hope they make the live feed an hour too. BOTS has finished at 00:15 and 00:30 before (and so have other shows, or even later) pushing the start of SuperCasino further back, so it'd be nice if they could extend the streaming and start SuperCasino at 00:30, or even better...01:00.

I'm happy we've at least got some on launch night though.

Hm, repeats might be a bit safer but I'm like you, I'm not really sure how the repeats rate although I've heard they can pull in a solid and respectable number. I don't know, might not be a risk worth taking.

Should point out these are only the provisional schedules, finalised ones aren't decided till tomorrow lunch time. If C5 deem Friday unsafe they'll probably move it to Thursday, which has much ****ter competition, with only Russell Howard's Good News being new and for a similar audience.

Ah, sorry. I didn't see that before.

Doesn't look like much competition for BB then.

Miranda and Mrs Brown's Boys might be a problem (though repeats), if they don't move it to the 13th in the finalised schedule out tomorrow.

They are nuts to launch on a Friday.

Really stupid decision.

There is literally no competition on Thursday they could have big numbers tuning in.

Friday and Thursday or safe I think Miranda and Mrs brown boys are repeats they don't get a lot of ratings and people will watch big brother this year I think CBB11 did well on the finale and If they do a lot of advertising these next two weeks they could get a lot of ratings and I am not worried about C4 there ratings have fallen since BB.

Also C5 big brother ratings have improved every year

I think they'll move it to the 13th, they could be trying to bluff C4 into putting nothing on Thursday then switch last minute?

Its the fact that the first highlights will be shown on Saturday which is BB's lowest rated night which makes this a dumb decision.

Mrs brown boys usually gets over 4 million for repeats

Will be interesting to see if Friday's launch can build on Thursday's, if the twist or whatever is enough to bring viewers back the next night.

Random prediction...

3.2m for Thursday. 2.5m for Friday (tougher competition). What do you think?

I'm going to be cautious and predict 3m for the first show, but with such crap competition, 3.2m wouldn't surprise me.

Yes, hopefully it can hit that 3m. Would be a great start anyway, 300-400k above BB12-BB13 launches.

I said this last year and got so much abuse saying it would clutter the forum its an important part of BB and is discussed everyday for 3 months.

Anyway I think the launch will reach 3 million, part 2 will be around 2.3.

Hoping for a series average of 2.1 but thinking its going to be around the 1.9 mark.
