How would you feel?
You own a small corner shop that sell's alcohol, over a twelve month period a customer started using your shop to buy drink,
they started out normal buying six cans on a Friday night but this soon increased and now they come every day to buy that amount and spirits as well.
you have watched them go from healthy looking and smart to someone who is under weight/drawn and looking unkept.
how does it make you feel?, would you say something?, would you ask them not to come to your shop?, would you think its their problem and just carry on?
