In May, I passed an property agent in Romford. I liked a house on the window display. I popped in the shop and asked for viewing. Luckily the agent had a key, I could viewed the house straight away. I liked it very much, I made an offer on the spot.
The following day, I went to a property agent I am selling. (Potters Bar) informing the manageress that I found a house to buy and told her the house details. She asked me, by any chance, the vendor's name was Mr A. How did she know I said. She said Mr A came to her agent, looking for a house in Potters Bar few weeks ago. She asked me had I mentioned to Mr A, how nice place Potters Bar was. No, I have not met Mr A, (only the sales negotiator). I only viewed the house the day before!!!
