I'm all for it if it can eliminate the risk of hereditary conditions and such. I think the whole 'Designer Baby' debate is mostly hysterical in nature. There would obviously be limits in place so that it couldn't be abused for anything other then health related issues.

Hmmm,have to think about this one,do we all have to be perfect? but then again if it can stop hereditary disease it might be a good idea,would have to see more about it.
