In a way I think they should be told in advance, so they have time to prepare it and not chicken out of their real nominations... telling them there and then might just pressure some of the cowards into the following the crowd.

That's what I expect they will do again, it is the only fair way of doing so really or to get them to secretly write the 2 names down before they nominate.

Obviously the 3 housemates with the most nominations will then be up.

Would like to see them nominate in the diary room first. Then BB surprise them by telling them they must now nominate the same housemates again face to face.

Then the one with the most nominations gets to save and replace.

Edit: It would probably end up being Wolfy with the most though, typical.

To be even meaner - do DR noms, then do f2f noms. Anyone who changes between DR and f2f is automatically up, and if it's less than 3, fill in with the totals from the DR noms, not the f2f.
