Day 22: The Animals Say the Funniest Things task

Wolfy talks to the animals but do they talk back? Big Brother's latest task is set to challenge her claims.

The House Doctor Doolittle announced, "Big Brother would like me to give you a masterclass on how to express your feeling to animals. Then you will be tested."

Using stuffed toys the housemates have to practise in the living room before heading out to the garden where they must tell their secrets to three friendly animals – Brian the emu, Mr Tops the rabbit and Margaret the oyster. These are actual real-life animals!

Once each housemate has shared a secret, Wolfy's real task will be revealed. She must speak to the three creatures and convince them to reveal the housemates secrets. For each she correctly learns, she will earn one reward.

11.22am: Wolfy is called to the Diary Room. "You're gonna be on telly!" shouts Jack.

11.29am: Wolfy trains HMs on how to talk to animals, practicing with cuddly toys. Joe: "But Wolfy, it's a stuffed toy" #BBtask

11.33am: Housemates are laughing a lot as Dan practices talking to animals. Wolfy's being sporting and chuckling along with them.

11.38am: After some playful talking to the animals from other HMs, Callum's baring his soul to a stuffed elephant. Erm... #awkward

11.44am: Where some HMs chuckle while talking to the cuddly toys, Hazel flatly refuses to play then Daley opens up big time. Deep.

11.47am: The #BBtask opens a can of worms. Dan's monkey talk involves saying it's okay to talk behind backs depending on context.

11.51am: Daley asks the monkey "What giraffe... sorry - 'do you have' - to teach me". #BBtask

11.53am: It started to look like "group therapy" as Dexter put it, but now HMs are lightly bickering about the animal-talk idea.

11.55am: HMs learn they now get to talk to real animals, including an emu. "I swear an emu's like a flamingo" says Sophie. #BBtask

12.01pm: Housemates are preparing to speak to Mr Tops the giant rabbit, Brian the emu and Margaret the oyster. #BBtask

12.04pm: Callum couldn't resist visiting Brian the emu. Jack's too scared of the bird. Now Charlie's meeting Mr Tops the rabbit.

12.10pm: Dan reveals to Mr Tops that he thinks the task is all part of Big Brother and Wolfys' act.

12.20pm: Hazel tries to to talk to Brian the emu. Laughing, she tells him that she's finding it hard to cope with the House.

12.30pm: Sam is now taking his turn talking to Margaret the oyster and telling her that Jack made him feel a little upset earlier

12.40pm: Wolfy's outside with the animals looking in her element. Inside, HMs have interesting, varied opinions on shamanism.

12.47pm: Wolfy speaks to Brian the emu in the garden. In the living area HMs discuss how they're going to cook a chicken later.

12.51pm: Big Brother's called Wolfy back and she's now revealing what she learned from the animals

surprise surprise, BB are looking to give wolfy centre stage and good edits just cause they are desperate to get her and Dan in the secret room. I wonder how many good edits or tasks Dexter and gina will get before Friday. BB you suck at this, its so transparent.

Callum, Daley, Dexter, Hazel, Sam, Sophie and Wolfy have never been given a plug for airtime by BB. Everybody else has been given airtime by tasks, missions etc exactly once.

Giving Wolfy a task isn't unfair, it looks like they're just taking it in turns.
