Either BB sneaks them into the Bedroom in the middle of the night (won't work) or:
The housemates wake up and find Gina washing some dishes and Dexter on a sofa sipping some tea. No big reveal please. Something lowkey and then gather the housemates to explain. What would you like to see happen?

How should Gina & Dexter return to the house?
I doubt they will ever top Michelle & Emma's return, but what you like to see? Maybe they could have them behind one of the doors. Or maybe during a task where everyone is dressed (like when Davina came into the house as a chicken)
