Callums face when he massages

I swear to god that it looks like he is getting some kind of gratification out of massaging peoples heads and shoulders. Does anyone else think he has a secret head fetish or is he just doing it for effect. Don't get me wrong, I love a massage but I have never liked giving one that much, he looks to be on cloud nine when he is doing it. I find it a little creepy to watch.
