Charlie is playing with sam's emotions, but in her defence other housemates are as well, It is big brother they all play with each others emotions.

I'm not a huge fan of Sam because he has brought nothing. But the premise of this question is just demeaning and stupid. Sam is an adult with a hearing problem. He is not a child and is not mentally handicapped. He no sooner needs someone to "look after" him than dexter does.
