I think Hazel would have joined all the others at the foot of the stairs had Gina left.If only to be solidly supporting the other housemates in that, as they had done it for every housemate so far this series.

For someone who supposedly hates Hazel and wanted nothing at all to do with her, Gina cannot stop talking about her, even after she was gone.

I think the only reason Hazel might not have done it is cause the only friends she has in there are the Twins, the others are ALL friends of Gina so of course she was allowed to behave any way she wants in front of her friends
