I've become addicted to feeding the birds in my garden recently.. I have 2 pigeons, 2 collared doves, 2 blackbird couples, a few sparrows and a robin, and then there's this mean orange blackbird that scares my other birds off so I spray him with hot water from a washing up liquid bottle.

The doves are my favorite, they're called Benny and Bebe, the robins called Robyn as in Robyn 'Rihanna' Fenty obviously. The others are just called Mr and Mrs blackbird etc

Yes We do feed the garden bird .. We I love them
The resident blackbird now goes in the window sill in the morning to get his Sultanas. He came in the other day cause we were late feeding him , and he clearly was not happy..lol..

We have loads of birds in the garden... The resident Robin is marking his spot again...

The starlings are now as I type having bath fights..

I feed the birds. It's very peaceful just to sit and watch them all going about their business and having a bit of a squabble over who gets what. I also like to sit out and watch the bats flitting around eating the bugs at dusk.

My mum feeds them anything.

She gave them garlic bread yesterday..

Yeah we do, we have a bird feeder for the little ones because I always feel sorry for them when we throw the bread out and the big ones bully them

I used to feed the birds until my neighbours got a cat tht is the best hunter I've ever seem in a domestic cat and I felt like I was offering them as a sacrifice.

My cat's too fat and lazy to bother with the birds. He does sit and watch them... he likes to bring in live mice and voles though, drop them and then watch me scrabble around trying to catch them, the little tw@t.

Yes we feed the birds -spend lots on massive bags of peanuts . We get woodies, sparrows, black caps, blue & great tits, jackdaws and every year we get swifts in the roof , they always come back to the sames nests , they are facinating to watch . Had an albino squirrel visiting a few times but i don't think he had a very long life as he stood out to much and we get sparrow hawks - as there are woods nearby.
Any cats around and i send the dogs out !! Cats are horrid - killing just for the sake of it !!
