Kizzy, does it have to be two non-consecutive days?

I'm fasting again tomorrow, actually looking forward to it was very naughty fri/sat had some choc/crisps made sure I didn't go over 2000 cal though, no point eating 500 cal one day then 3000 the next is there?

Having turkey stir fry with brown fine rice noodles, 5 spice and soy sauce.

Well done on the lbs lost Kizzy.

Wouldn't you easily lose 6lbs in a months timeframe if you were counting calories though anyway? just wondering if there's any point to the actual fast days...

That's so weird! I'm fasting today actually had a banana so far, going to have a tuna salad soon and a few almonds.
I got bored on diets too, there's just something psychologically draining about being on a 'diet' lol.
The batteries went in the wii fit so can't weigh myself but will find out what I've lost on the 1st (decided to log weight once a month till I reach goal)
Is slimming world good?

How funny lol. Good luck for yor weigh in I'm sure you will have done great!

Slimming world is amazing! Just hard work and expensive! I've lost 12lbs in 5 weeks, my mum has lost 16lbs and my sister 14lbs. Needless to say I've cheated way more than they have haha.

Is it hard on the fasting days?

Thankyou
Why is it expensive, do you have to go to meetings?
those losses are really impressive though!
Yes at first... you have to get used to feeling hungry haha, but 500 cals is a lot IF you eat the right things.
It's not for everyone but it works for me, have a look at the website.

You can but I don't. It's buying the food that's expensive because everything has to be made from scratch. But it tastes delicious the food so it is worth it. My problem is deserts, I have such a sweet tooth lol.

The weight loses are good, I've seen some amazing loses online and stuff.

I will thanks.

Ah right, yeah but it is better for you and nicer home made than frozen, packaged or tinned which has hidden fat, sugar and salt.
If you wanted you could make loads of your fave things and freeze some?
Or go shopping late get whatever they're selling cheap and make a nice thick soup.
I cheated today.....
Ah well lol, still had a low cal day but not exactly a 'fast day'

Yeah that's true! I quite like it actually cause I do know what's in everything m eating.
Yeah that's what I need to do, I keep meaning to but I can never find the time lol I should make double when I'm making dinner and freeze it.
It's soooo hard not to cheat! I do it all the time so don't worry about it, I read somewhere that if you make one bad choice in a day you have still made about 200 good ones :-) so one cheat won't knock you off :-)
