I am starting to get a cold I know I can't stop it but is there anyway I can make it less bad

Plenty of fluids and try and get extra rest.

If you have to take anything for a temperature just 1 paracetamol and 1 ibuprofen, they work better together. Keep warm and keep your fluids up, and as said rest hope you feel better soon.

I like to get a bottle of Olbas oil when I have a cold. Then dab a few drops onto a hanky/tissue paper and put it to your nose to inhale it as and when you want.

The advantage/disadvantage of it is that it has a VERY strong smell to it, so if you work in an office/are in college, you are going to piss everyone within 50 metres off.

Buy a salt pipe . I've had catarrh since I was a kid and the salt pipe got rid of all of that
