Default Will and Jade winners in \'Bizarre\' Readers Poll

WILL YOUNG proved he is still the nation’s Pop Idol by scooping Best Male Singer and Best Single for his debut, Evergreen/Anything Is Possible.

It has been a colossal year for Will, too.

He rocketed to fame after beating GARETH GATES on telly’s Pop Idol and Evergreen became the fastest-selling single by a solo artist, shifting more than a million copies in the first week.

His award ends ROBBIE WILLIAMS’ two-year run of scooping the Best Male prize.

Will said: “I am astounded. I can’t believe I’ve beaten Robbie Williams.

I was worried people would be sick of me by now. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks for everyone’s support.”

JADE GOODY was over the moon to scoop Reality TV Star Of The Year — despite me calling her a pig (um, sorry about that, Jade).

CLICK HERE for the full list of winners. I don't think Sven's award will be taking pride of place in his trophy cabinet!
