Raster man C2 bus driver - have you ever met him ? 16.10.13
i have sent a letter, TFL i hope it does reach, because if "customer service" is to get better, this worker is the one to teach. today was the first meeting, and i had a rush of euphoria, such a splendid greeting, when i boarded the C2 to Victoria. i sat in my seat, while the bus got busy, but first was a campaign greet, because a "diversion" sent me dizzy. but before my worry, the driver was on the loud speaker, my heart slowed down with no hurry, clear information made the extra journey less bleaker. then a disabled man entered, his family helped him up the ramp, the whole bus on him centered, it gave me a nasty cramp. once positioned we drove, off went the focal, a mum with a buggy at the next stop arose, the driver, yet again stepped in and was vocal. wheel chairs has priority, the "buggy" can not there stand, a little dispute followed by questioning the authority, the driver explained TFL make the laws on bus land. on getting off at my destination, i wanted his name name for being the best driver master, he was very modest in my estimation, but i eventually got out of him at the "bus station" they call him "Raster". (i travel all round London all the time, and when i get a driver like this it makes my day. i just wondered has anyone else come across this gold bus driver ? or is there even better out there ? as normal all reply's must rhyme. thanking you.) |
