Default should "Earl of Listowel" plans for Swains lane get the OK ?

i love the new look "Earl of Listowel" - Swains lane 18.10.13

plush and posh,
class is in this lane,
but i have a problem with the dosh,
no social housing is a big pain.
yes it looks tidy,
built up and compact,
i don't want to be snide y,
but the current space is a environment subtract.
we have already been,
this is the "Earls" third attempt,
but still its a "shanty town" seen,
destroying the area is Camdens contempt.
there is very little infarct its a loss,
sorry to rain on this parade,
close by are celebs like mr g.Micheal and Kate moss,
a affluent area is the "Earls" persuade.
don't protest about change,
"Swains Lane" needs modernization,
so i am preying we get new range,
i welcome "Earl of Listowel" restoration.

(traveling through camden i read this story in the paper http://www.camdennewjournal.com/news...their-approval so i went and had a look at this site and i think the plans are greatttttttttttt. but what do you think ? remember all replys have to rhyme. thanking you.)
