Default Train journey

While returning from London on sunday I got on a train that was good for me as it only had two stops and the second one was my stop.

this train was full and some of the seats where reserved, but I managed to get a seat.
the train set off and some of the reserved seats where still empty, as you can imagine if you have a long way to go you will be bolder than usual and ask about the reserve seats, so people did this and decided to take a chance and sit in the reserved seats.

one guy did this about ten minutes into the journey, and was challenged by an older person in a reserved seat, he was sitting with his wife, and his daughter and grandson sitting a row further down.

the guy he challenged said he would move if someone came for their seat.

after the first stop a non reserved seat became available and the guy in the reserved seat moved, but what made me angry was the guy who challenged him got up from his wife put his bags on his own seat and went and sat in the other seat, now is this not the biggest toss pot on the planet?
