Default Thinking of going full on veggie (advice welcome please)
As thread title, I already eat plenty of quorn products and Tesco meat free items but I can't make a diet out of that. Anybody got experiences of changing your diet to this and any good advice or pitfalls to look out for?

Appreciate any feedback,

You may as well go full veggie. If you're eating quorn **** then you're not eating proper food anyway

I never really understand why people go veggie. Has it changed the number of animals that have been bred and slaughtered for food. They're still gonna die

My advice is eat meat
