I have'nt heard a peep out of him? .. Is he still on that rape charge?

well his on bail untill 17th august, which is tomorrow, and if iam correct when u finish bail u go to court and if ur found guilty u go to prison thats how it works init?

so if his found guilty then hill be in prison.

I don't think he has been charged, only arrested in connection. He has to report back to the police on the 17th August so I doubt he will be at the final.

Not quite!
He was on bail until today. They will either bail him again to report back at a later date whilst they carry on investigations, OR he will be released from his bail if they can not proceed with the investigation (for things like lack of evidence etc) OR he will be charged and either remanded (taken to prison) or bailed until a court date is given.
I think the only way he'll be there is if he has been bailed again or the investigation has been dropped, suppose we'll find out tomorrow night!

Geroge wont, i dont think, and sombody over at DSBB said they know Dawn and said when She got invited She told them to '**** off' so i think thats a no.

Shahbaz will be there.

Sezer might choose not to be there, because of all the bad publicity.

He hasn't actually been convicted of anything yet, and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt until they are proven guilty... unfortunately not everyone thinks that way, and some of the public will just assume he is guilty regardless. He might want to stay away from that kind of hate.

Really dislike Seyzer, but how many alleged rape charges against well known people have been dropped in the last year. loads.I cant beleive he would get into this situation as he has already just had something similar to deal with before. Still innocent as of now.....BUT surely he will not be there
incase of it turning into farsical boo festival.

The worst thing about allegations like this is that mud sticks. No matter if he is cleared or not, there will still be people who doubt him. It's probably the worst crime a guy can be accused of (if he is innocent).

Incidentally, I don't particularly like the bloke either, but sadly a lot of people (especially the eviction night crowd) will judge his guilt/innocence on how much they liked him as a HM.
