December is fine.. I like the build up to Christmas etc, but I get really down in January and February.. I hate the dark short days and there's nothing really to look forward to. Bring in march and the clocks going forward!!

I'm fine until Jan/Feb then it starts getting to me. I may invest in one of those 'Happy lamps' or start hitting the sun showers.

Yes, about mid jan to beginning of march, when it's just cold dull and drizzly. Summer seems miles away and the decs and fun of crimbo are gone.

there being sunlight and having nothing to do brings me down, plus the heat. being cold and wintery and justifying staying in and watching TV/doing stuff in the house makes me happy

yep I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder or whatever it's called, I crave sunlight and bright days, not bothered if it's cold (ish) but dark and dismal makes me feel low.

yep it's a recognised syndrome, some people have it so bad doctor's prescribe light boxes for them to get their fix, I believe.
