I tend to sleep 6 hrs max on a night and the longest I've stayed awake was about 96hrs when I was very busy with work. My Malc says I work far too hard sometimes

Longest I've been awake = like 21 hours, which was the only time I've ever tried to skip sleeping in my entire life and I failed

About 72 hours. Started to feel floaty and weird after 48 and the feeling was strangely nice so I stayed longer

I have also slept for 20 hours straight before. I have a tendency to put myself into hibernation if I am ill..and migraines..well..as soon as I feel one coming, Im away to sleep til its over

Stayed awake around 2 days, it felt like I was going to faint in the end. Then when I woke up I couldn't remember what day it was, it all felt like a hazy dream.

About 3 days is the longest I've been up....which used to be quite often in my mis-spent youth...then I was awake for around 48 in labour...and then I don't think I got more than an hour a night for 6 weeks..

I've never slept for really long periods, even when ill.

I think longest is a week without proper ones but sleeping at desk trying to write 4 course papers for a degree in a week. But I'm sure I had snoozed on the keyboard 'head down' 5 mins, woken and wrote the next line. (missed 2 years studyng but 2;1 Honours)

I did quite like my final exam back in the old days.........a random question then apply everything you have about Social Policy in 4 hours down in writing down in answer to their question in an an exam room with no reference books - 1 question, no real answer, essentially - what do you think!
