I have been watching Pete very closely recently, I have come to the conclusion that i think Pete is being very sly and in fact is playing a game. I noticed that when Aisleyne delivered her poor speech, instead of finding it funny as a joke, he said to her face it was ok then said behind her back to everyone else that it was poor and think its ruined his chance. is he just lookking for a safety net reason to fall back in if he loses. then when nikki said she did it tactically pete came to the diary room persuading the viewers that he doesnt think that, what does he have to proove?

i think pete is playing a very sly game and i think he thinks hes going to win. i dont want him to win tonight.

what are your thoughts on him?

Pete's worried, yeah, but he was the only one who gave Aisleyne the benefit of the doubt when everyone else slagged her off.

I think....he's lovely, kind, genuine, sweet, funny, a brilliant HM and I want him to win tonight!

he said he was ok with ash, he didnt say the speach was ok
anyone would think it might make them not win and if that happed to ash she would be crying till she gets out

he didnt get aisleyne the benefit of the doubt it was so staged. hes playing a very sly game trying to make the public happy with everything he does.

It wasn't staged at all, not IMO anyway; obviously because you don't like Pete you're going to pick up on little tiny things and try and turn everyone against him. I thought he handled the situation really well considering the fact that he's scared about the outcome of tonight. It doesn't come across to me as a sly game at all, he's been nothing but lovely the whole 13 weeks and I personally think it'd be a bit hard to keep up a consistent 'act' like that up for so long.

But I don't blame you, I try and pick up on little things about HMs I dislike as well, but that doesn't mean I don't respect your opinion!

Is Pete wrong for wanting to win?

Yes i admit that it is quite clear to see that Pete really wants to win, but i don't blame the guy for that. The money is obviosuly important to him. So i can understand why he would have been a little bit dissapointed at Aisleynes speech.

He didn't make a big deal about it though, it was Nikki & Richard who made a big deal out of it. Pete said he didn't blame Aisleyne, so why does that make him Fake?

The guy wants Ł100,000, that seems pretty normal to me!
