But Jim's the one who causes arguments though? His MO is to make a passive aggressive comment to get a reaction out of someone (a woman) and then get made when THEY are understandably defensive. And then he mutters to himself and walks away and has a cigarette.

She got off lightly for me, I would have likely had to give a real verbal backlash if someone kept pushing me as she was him tonight.

This is what I just don't get. He's delivering text book examples of how to be passive aggressive, and that seems to go over so many people's heads. And it's always, *always* women who are his targets.

I never said it did, but she clearly has deep rooted issues with him. he has obviously done something major (other than beat the **** out of his wife many times) for her to despise him.

Maybe because he has done something that bad? His past has been very awful, for all we know there could be a lot more to his past that hasn't yet surfaced.

I disagree. The guy died in 2007 and he is not some Islamic god. So what if he is dead?

No it's based on him thinking she needs a man in her life to be happy.

Linda pointed out that once again he'd turned the convo into man/woman thing when Luisa was talking about her relationship with her daughter and how she likes to dance around with her to Maltilda.

She hates him because she knows what her husband did,imo.
