Well, its still Big Brother no matter what channel its on, though I'd prefer it to stay with channel four, BB's home! ITV should keep their filthy mitts away, rawr.

SO YOU would like it to be on for only 30 min and have only an hours live coverage. NO WAY C4 KEEP BB. ITV KEEP YOUR GREEDY HANDS OFF.

If it was exactly the same.. yes. But if they in anyway itv'ed it up then i'd rather watch a repeat of changing rooms or something like that.

Why do ITV want BB so much? They have Love Island . I wonder how many people watch Love Island, those people aren't celebrities, they think they are but they're not, they must've been insane to go on that Island. But then again I think people are insane to go on BB, but insane in a good way.

Can't itv just let BB stay in it's place.. I'm sure many of the presenters wouldn't want to go on ITV anyway. If itv took it it would just be yet another itv flop. They should stick to dramas and murder mysteries for crying out loud..

ITV are rubbish when it comes to reality TV mabe except for X-Factor. They are just greedy and want the money and good publicity but i sereously think BB wil be a FLOP if ITV take BB.
1: Wont be the original BB house
2:we'll have the likes of Ant and Dec presenting it
3:Only on for 30min
4:An hours live coverage
5:OR WORSE THEY WILL CHANGE THE BB THEME TUNE
SO MESSAGE TO C4 PLEASE KEEP BB, AND ITV STAY AWAY.

Well it can't happen next year. Channel 4 have contractual agreement with the producers to make Big Brother 8.

The source who said the that 'ITV's director of television Simon Shaps was prepared to put up an almighty fight to take the show." is more than likely working for the production company and is trying to get Channel 4 to sign up for more shows.

ITV now have the number of channels to support the show. They could easily use ITV 2, 3 or 4 for the live feed during the night and for BBLM and BBBM. The only concern would be they don't have any interactive channels for the 24 hour live feed and that the bits rates used to broadcast on satellite are very low and the picture quality is poor.

The only worry would be if they decided to change the format of the show to match what they think there audience expects of a reality TV show. That would turn BB into an instant flop.

I have always wondered if the BBC would like to take it on for BBC3. It would fit there audience breakdown and they have the interactive services to support the show.

Ant and Dec are so chessy.
The reson ITV WANT BB is because there shows are all flops and they want BB well fair enough but think about it all ITV care about is money and there publicity, they will make BB good the first time but as time goes by they will gradually wont bother to put effort into it and then there would be NO MORE BB C4 make BB good every year maybe except for BB4. But hopefully after last nights viewing figures which was over 8MILLION and the average nights pulling in over 4MILLION and the money they have made this year HPOEFULLY C4 sign BB untill 2012 and maybe again.SO C4 KEEP BB
