It is no point slagging off the tabloids on what they print. When you get people entering for programmes like BB, Love Island or Bad Lads Army they get everything they deserve thrown at them. They love it good or bad, its their moment of fame.

Nikki as the NotW quotes admitted to what was written, so don't knock the paper. Tabloids are not searching for when Nikki helped an old lady across the road !!!


Be honest ,would any normal, clear headed, rational thinking person be so stupid and gullible enough to enter the BB house. I doubt it. We only have to look at the bunch of fame seeking clowns that have come out of the House over a period of weeks. We only have to recall their stupid antics in the house. Play school pupils are more adult. Anyone watching BB for the first time would think they were looking into a freak show.

All of them gave the impression that they were unstable in one way or another. Some more than others.

We had Glynn who got sillier by the week and obviously detests the English going on various comments he made. He should have stayed at school. Totally out of his depth.

Ash went from one to another slagging people off and is a few grams short of a kilo.

Nikki if as reported in the national press was sectioned at one time, then it easy to see why.

Mikey, you needed subtitles with, but is so in love with himself I wonder how he has time for Grace.

Richard, he's back with 'the Boys' and no doubt happy. Along with Jenny they were the only two who retained near normality.

And Pete, I respect what he says he will do with the winnings in helping his Mum. Also that BB has reunited him with his Dad. But the down side was his playing to the camera's and I would suggest emphasising his Tourette's, one can only assume for the sympathy vote.

If it is correct what is in some of the papers today, about getting rid of Nikki, one can only say, a wise move.

BB7 started to 'decay and smell' after Susie 'won' her entry into the House. I think 'manipulation' is the word.

It is inevitable there will be a BB8 (there's too much profit to be made from the gullible public phoning in). If and whenever, it has to be hoped that the public are not manipulated as in BB7 and more importantly, for God's sake get someone that can front the show. Davina McCall may be okay advertising hair colour but she is totally useless fronting a reality show. Friday night was the cherry on the top, a disaster.

as far as the tabloids are conerned,i think you're missing the point.it's the fact that over 13 weeks they turn these people into so-called celebrites then hang them out to dry.

But with the press they actually believe they have the right to be innacurate when it comes to celebrities. They will say Its gossip afterall. We can certainly hold the press partly responsible.

I think if the press prints lies about someone they should be made to put that fact in the same way as they put the original story, so that if they have front page headlines they should then be made to put the fact they were wrong and made a story up on the front page covering the same size as the original story, not hidding on page 36 in a little 1 inch block.

The fact remains that the English press like to build people up, then shoot them down. Everybody, with even a smidgen of intelligence, knows that. The 'wannabees' that take part in any reality show know that. But the 'wannabees' are the ones that will do anything to be famous, even if it means starring in a porn film!!!.

The problem with the Big Brother contestants is that 90% of them leave the show and think that they are somebody. The truth is they are 'nobodies' and the tabloids and various other sections of the media don't waste any time in letting them know that.

Newspapers sell on gossip, truth, near truth and at times lies. Lies can be sorted in a court of law.

It would seem you might be a suitable candidate for BB8. It is the gullible like yourself that fall into the holes dug by the makers of these programmes.

The more volatile, easy led, nervous, short tempered and/or
fragile a person is that applies to go on a programme like BB, the more they are likely to be accepted. If they have any history then more the better. Who is to know that BB are not fully aware of the contestants past lifestyles and know that likely as not it will come into the public domain ?.

When you read through some of the garbage that is posted by supposedly educated people it makes you realise the BB house could be filled to overflowing !!!!!.

btw - I do NOT blame tabloids. I just dislike them. Two different things.
