Meh on the one hand I think he's a tool, his music is glorified lounge music and he's likely going to either die young or end up severely psychologically damaged just like Britney Spears has been from all the overexposure and lack of control and structure in his life. That said, he was just a little boy with a dream, his only crime was posting some videos on YouTube and somebody important seeing them and turning him into a profit making exercise. I just feel a bit sorry for Justin Bieber.

I wouldn't be complaining, 3m people took time out of their lives to dislike a video, it also gave the video 3m views.

Views are a bit of a weird barometer to go by though; just because something is viewed a lot doesn't mean it's well liked, so it's a bit of an odd thing to celebrate - on the one hand it's a record setting achievement; on the other hand a great number of people clearly dislike the video so it's not like 1 billion fans have viewed it.
