I agree with the death penalty 90% of the time...the other 10% makes me feel very uncomfortable though.

I don't think that most people realize that in the US, anyone with the death penalty is not just executed right away like in China or Iran... they stay on death row usually for at least 20 years, and there are dozens of appeals processes... they get lots of hearing in court over many decades.

I still feel uncomfortable with it though,because if even 1 innocent person is put to death, that's scary and wrong.

that being said, when i see cases like OJ Simpson going free when he's obviously guilty, it makes me so angry at the justice system, and I think we let a million murderers go free for every 1 innocent man we execute. i don't know, it's frustrating.

I don't think anyone has invented a perfect justice system yet.

If we had a perfect justice system, and we knew for 100% certain who was guilty and who was innocent, then i would support the death penalty.

That First guy seemed all sorts of ****ed up. Second guy looked like the typical prisoner that needs rehabilitation. I generally don't agree with it anyway.

..I meant to watch this and then got caught up with something else..wasn't there a guy recently who spent almost 30 years on death row and now they've realised he was innocent ..?...
