can you make people like you ? wrightstuff debate 09.04.14

god i have tried
been even cheaper then Lidl
sometimes i have cried
with some response's to my riddle.
i do bend over
open with ease
buttering everyone up with Clover
chucking in plenty of cheese.
but some i don't persuade
they feel there's a hidden agenda
i am left digging with a spade
i never fail at being the "Great pretender".
the good always stride
miserable are those with a shoulder chip
some are born to make a divide
they are the ones that need a grip.
is it jealousy
as they watch you flower
is there ego dented enormously
or is it a battle with power.
was this debate a hit or a bluff
did your emotions have you carried
fantastic was Jim on the Wrightstuff
and remember if he has dislikes, you he will have married.

( this subject was debated on the wrightstuff on Tuesday 08 April. i just wandered did anyone else see it and have and different views on it. i thought Jim was hilarious with his comment, and even if i did not feel at the time he should have won CBB - looking back at it now - it was the right decision as one thing for sure - Jim is consistent and everyone has to respect that. to win a bonus poem on a subject of your choice and for a bit of fun just name who the great pretender is ? don't say me ????????)
